Questions and Answers

Question

I live in a rural area can I still use the service?

Answer

Yes some students get their study skills mentoring completely via SKYPE, telephone calls and e-mails. However, if you live near Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow or Perth in Scotland, we can arrange to meet you.  Some students prefer to meet less often and travel, spending a day or half-day with their mentor.  Other students like the mixture of options and meet in person with SKYPE sessions in between.  We will discuss the best options for your needs.

Question

I want to work with you but I am very nervous?

Answer

All mentors are very friendly and work with a relaxed yet focused approach.  This is important because if you are too tense, then you cannot be creative and work to your best ability.   Everyone learns in different ways and we work together to build a plan of how we can make learning enjoyable.
